I was born and raised in the great state of Utah. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Utah Valley University. I have worked as a Software Architect at Rain Retail Software for about 3 years. My primary tools are the LAMP stack and AWS. Previously, I was web application developer at BYU (university) for about 10 years.

I love my wife, kids, reading, music, and video games. My wife taught me that I love to travel the world. Some of my favorite places have been England, Scotland, and Japan. I like British television. I like fast cars. I like the music of my generation which is typified by things like Blink-182 and the punk-pop of the early-mid 2000's. In my old age I have discovered that I like almost all genres of music including hip hop.
